Returns and refunds

Over-ear headphones may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, complete with every accessory, and in their original packaging.

For reasons of hygiene, in-ear monitors may be returned only when their seal is unbroken and the ear tips have not been used.

Write to us with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send a prepaid, insured return label along with packing instructions.

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we refund your original payment method within 14 days and confirm by email.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law.
